CHORI-216 X. tropicalis BAC Library Bias

There appears to be extensive bias in the CHORI-216 X. tropicalis BAC library. Another X. tropicalis library is being constructed at CHORI, and the ISB-1 X. tropicalis library is available at CHORI as well.

Some clones are heavily over-represented while other clones are under-represented, (PDF)

Many of the identified clones for Xlim-5 appear identical by restriction digest.(PDF)
